Is our data isolated from other hospitals?
Yes. Every hospital on Meditly runs on its own database. Staff records, rosters and roles are never stored alongside another organisation's data.
Do all staff need an email address?
No. You can add "offline" staff by name only — they appear on the roster and print-outs but never need to log in.
How do invitations work?
Admins invite staff by email. Each link is signed, tied to your hospital and expires, and can pre-assign a role so new joiners land with the right access.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing disappears. After a grace period the account becomes read-only: rosters stay visible to staff, but changes are paused until billing is sorted.
Can I manage more than one hospital?
Yes. Pro and above support multiple hospitals under one account, with an HQ dashboard and single sign-on between them.
